Our Substance Abuse Policy is a legal document, written and approved by Australian Business Lawyers and covers:

This policy is a course of action or principal adopted by a business. If an Employee departs from policy, then that departure may demonstrate that the Employee is failing to follow a lawful direction. Policies are a very effective way to communicate in a concise manner what stance the business takes on a particular issue and what is expected of an Employee.
